Formerly the site of a single 3-bedroom bungalow in Chislehurst, planning was achieved for 2 new build townhouses of approximately 5,000 sq. ft.

 

The site had a negative planning history with several failed applications and appeals. The properties were designed in a Georgian style at the request of the private developer and achieved sales values of circa £2m each.
